Mail Order Clients are responsible for freight (both ways if required).

Aura Woman chooses to use Australia Post at a cost to the client of $15.00 per 500g bag and $20 for a 3kg bag.

Payment can be made at the time of purchase by Visa or Mastercard.

Aura Woman accepts Money Orders and payment by Direct Deposit, however the amount owing must be confirmed and received before dispatch of the goods.

Unsuitable garments may be returned within two weeks of the date of purchase, with a copy of the receipt, in the same condition they were purchased in ie. Unworn with tags on or at least returned with garment.

Please note that the returned goods must be postmarked no more than 14 days past since the receipt date . If this is unachievable, prior arrangements may be made via the telephone.

Upon receipt of the goods and the conditions mentioned, Aura Woman will call the client to arrange a refund onto the same card that the goods were purchased on.

A refund will be given if the garments are the incorrect size, or inaccurately described over the phone at the time of consultation.

Loss of goods by Australia Post will be investigated on a case by case basis with consultation of all parties concerned. Adequate documentation be kept of all postage transactions (in the case of returning goods) will ensure refund can still be given.
