New Aura Woman ‘Loyalty Club Card’ Programme
The new Loyalty Club Programme is effective from October 2009.
Existing clients are encouraged to complete their current Aura Woman Loyalty Cards. If they chose however, clients may forfeit all stamps and discounts owing, should they chose to commence the new Loyalty Club Card on their next visit. In this case the original card will need to be presented before the new card is issued.
Upon registration with the Aura Woman Database and first purchase, clients will receive the new ‘Loyalty Club Card’.
The total sales from each visit / each day is recorded on your card. Only your purchases may be attributed to you.
Please look after your card, and bring it with you every time you visit Aura Woman, as purchases may not be back dated.
After your 5th visit, you will receive 10% of the total dollars spent (up to and including the total purchases accrued on the 5th visit).
To be valid, transactions must be dated, stamped with the ‘Aura’ stamp, and have a docket number recorded in our system under your name.
The 10% of the total (up to the 5th visit) is our ‘gift’ to you for being a valued Aura Woman VIP Club Member. It is for you to spend on or towards any full priced item in our store. As our ‘gift’ to you, it cannot be exchanged, refunded for cash, used as a deposit or as a credit.
Any ‘fault’ found in this ‘gift’ after you have received it, will only be considered in case by case circumstances.
After the 10th visit and subsequent ‘gift’ redemption, a new ‘Loyalty Club Card’ will be issued.
There is no time limit on the Aura Woman ‘Loyalty Club Card’.
Gift Vouchers
Aura Woman Gift Vouchers are only valid at the store of issue for 1 year to the original intended recipient (not the purchaser)
Aura Woman Gift Vouchers are non transferrable.
Credit Notes
Aura Woman Credit Notes are only valid at the store of issue for 1 year to the original purchaser.
Aura Woman Credit Notes are non transferrable. In the case of an existing credit note being ‘gifted’ to a friend, the client to whom the Credit Note was originally issued must be present at the ‘gifted’ credit note redemption.
