Aura Woman 'Loyalty Programme'

The Aura Woman Loyalty Club Programme in its current form came into effect in October 2009.

When ‘signing up’ and purchasing at Aura Woman you will be given a Loyalty Card.

Please look after your Loyalty Card, and bring it with you every time you visit Aura Woman.

The Aura Woman Loyalty Card is valid at both our Applecross and Subiaco stores.

There is no time limit* on the current Aura Woman Loyalty Club Card.

  • *Aura Woman reserves the right to change the current format of the Loyalty Card Programme. Before doing so, we will email all our clients with current email addresses, place a notification on our website and on our Facebook page.

Any future changes to the current Loyalty Card Programme will be phased in after due notification.

How does the Loyalty Card Programme work?

The total sales from each visit / day is recorded on your Aura Woman Loyalty Card in ‘dollars’.

Only your own purchases may be attributed to your card. It is a client’s choice, not to receive the ‘benefits’ of the Aura Woman Loyalty Programme.

After your 5th visit, you will receive 10% of the total dollars spent (up to and including the total purchases accrued on the 5th visit).

To be valid, transactions must be dated, stamped with the ‘Aura’ stamp, and have a docket number recorded in our system under your name.

The 10% of the total (up to the 5th visit) is our ‘gift’ to our special clients for being a valued Aura Woman VIP Club Member.

What happens when I have 5 purchases recorded on my card?

10% of the dollars spent may be priced down off any full priced item in our store on your 6th visit. The full amount owing, must be redeemed in one visit.

As our gift to our loyal customers, Aura Woman Loyalty Dollars cannot be exchanged, refunded used as a deposit, layby payment or store credit.

Any ‘fault’ found in this ‘gift’ after you’ve received it, will only be considered in case by case circumstances.

After the 10th visit and subsequent ‘gift’ redemption, a new Loyalty Club Card will be issued.

What happens if I am ready for my ‘gift’ but I am saving it?

If you have purchased from Aura Woman on 5 occasions and wish to keep your ‘gift’ for something special, we will still record your next purchase on the other side of the card.

While there is no time limit on the current Aura Woman Loyalty Card, we would suggest that you redeem your ‘gift’ at your earliest convenience as Aura Woman reserves the right to change the current format of the Loyalty Card Programme. (See * above).

What should I do if I’ve forgotten my Loyalty Card?

If you have left your card at home, your purchases may be back dated on your next visit if your sales history reflects your purchase.

What should I do if I have lost my Loyalty Card?

In the case of a lost original CURRENT Loyalty Programme card, a new card may be issued. It maybe backdated and merged at the discretion of the Aura Woman staff member. In this case, the new card must have ‘merged card’ written on it and be dated. It must also be noted in our system that you have a ‘merged card’. Only this ‘new’ merged card is valid at either store.

You should destroy the original card if it is found as it is no longer valid at Aura Woman.

I still have an old Loyalty Club Card, is it valid?

The Aura Woman Loyalty Club Programme in its current form came into effect in October 2009. If you still have an old Loyalty Card, you are returning to us after a few years.

‘Lapsed Clients’ returning to us after quite some time are encouraged to discard the old Aura Woman Loyalty Card if you only have 3 or less stamps on a line. It is in your best interest to begin the current system with your next purchase at Aura Woman.

Aura Woman staff will encourage ‘lapsed’ clients to forfeit all stamps on their old ‘lapsed’ Loyalty Card, unless they have 15% owing.

For example if you have 5 boxes stamped on the old card with the ‘Aura’ stamp and the 15% box unmarked. The 15% will be discounted off the most expensive full price item only. If more than one 15% is owed, the next most expensive full priced item in the transaction will be discounted.

The old card will then be destroyed. Subsequent purchases will be added onto your new current Loyalty Card.

The old and the current Loyalty Club Cards can’t be used concurrently.

I am a COUNTRY CLIENT, can I have a Loyalty Card?

Country Clients are still able to receive the benefits of the Aura Woman Loyalty Card Programme as we will record your MAIL ORDER purchases in our system as well as keep a card on file for you. You will also have your own card, so you can record your purchases yourself. Our staff will tell you what codes to write on your Loyalty Card to validate your purchase and our records will also reflect this.

 

Gift Vouchers

Aura Woman Gift Vouchers are only valid at the store of issue for 1 year to the original intended recipient (not the purchaser)

Aura Woman Gift Vouchers are non transferrable.

 

Credit Notes

Aura Woman Credit Notes are only valid at the store of issue for 1 year to the original purchaser.

Aura Woman Credit Notes are non transferrable. In the case of an existing credit note being ‘gifted’ to a friend, the client to whom the Credit Note was originally issued must be present at the ‘gifted’ credit note redemption.
